It looks like the lad from the "Snowman" film they show every Christmas looking out on a Lowry-esque scene.
I can almost here the signature tune being played by a brass band.
There were a few brass monkeys about!
I'm afraid it is an idealised me when I was a tad younger, and how I sometimes feel inside when it snows. Sad, but there y'go! (-;
