I like this version better than the other. The one egg focuses on its beauty in the dull day. Very nice, indeed!

I enjoyed the alliteration of the first line, and it sounded very good out aloud. I recommend anyone reading Angelee's to read it out loud!
Outside of Easter and Eostre, and other egg festivities, I would think this haiku would have a hint of mystery/sadness.
